Any time that a penalty is assessed under rule 601(g.1) or (j.1) the officials involved are required to file a full written report with the District Referee-in-Chief within 48 hours. The report must include 1) Who was involved by name, address and phone number; 2) Where the incident took place; 3) When the situation took place; and 4) What happened - in detail. This information should also be sent to the local supervisor. The process after that will involve both the local supervisor, the District RIC and the National RIC and national office. All of this information will be discussed and relayed to the local hearing body. Written reports can be send through the E-mail system or faxed to (847) 589-1858.
