the new insurance contract now in effect, there are some changes to the accident
reporting process and the coverage provided. All officials should be completely
aware of the limits and limitations of the insurance policy. Every official
should realize that this is an excess insurance policy and as such will pay only
after the primary insurance. This also means that the claim must be filed with
the primary insurance carrier prior to any claim being paid by the excess
insurance policy.

covered by another primary insurance policy should be aware that the deductible
changes to $1,000 per accident.
