Welcome to the New England District
Referee Improvement Program

The New England District is a group made up of five USA Hockey Inc recognized Affiliates Organizations,  This district is made up of the states of Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. The Referee Improvement Program is a USA Hockey Inc appointed program which transcends the state boundries.  The program is dedicated to improving the quality of officials throughout the district. Each Affiliate Organization has its own constitution, slate of officers and recognized territory.  By the Affiliate Agreement with USA Hockey Inc., each organization has exclusive jurisdiction over amateur hockey within its recognized territory.
